Well i just played for the past 3-4 hours and i got 60,000 points myself and ordered the same ipod and it looks like everything worked with my order.

the only thing that was different was that i closed out the game when i did my order and my sister didnt, maybe thats why hers didnt go through.

where in the game do u reload, don't see it.

On the my account page, reload it and if you have less then 50 points it will have a button to reload points..if you have more then 50 points it will just give you your current point count.
