2257 and hardcore FPA's
With the ruling yesterday does this mean that hardcore FPA's can safely put on sites, or would I still need a release for them?

Going by the already long existing rules, then I believe as long as your root page has a 2257 link, listing all of the 2257 info for your sponsor who owns the content used in the FPA, then you'd be covered.
But I dont *know* that for a fact. Only your lawyer should advise you. Thats my laymans opinion only. And it's what I'd do.
