Every person in the society would have to have a purpose, and that includes someone to distribute the wealth amongst the people.

For example, Bob makes shoes, Bill makes bread. Bob and Bill make their wares for the central agency. If Bob is in need of bread, the central agency is responsible for distributing it.

This is how I'd run my kingdom, thanks for asking.

Well I think were moving toward a cashless society, but I don't think thats the same. If you mean purely Bartering ,or credits instead of money. If credits its similar to what we are doing. As far as credit cards instead of cash, checks and escrow accounts. Not much real money (tangible) trades hands.

Wrong, it didn't work due to human nature, not the rest of the world being capitalistic.

If there is no money in the society and everything is managed by the government then you don't get the drive to work hard(whats the point if you don't get more money?), if you don't work, why would someone else do the work for you? You also have human need to live better than others around, thus you will always get people exploiting the system... and you get ex-USSR.

The idea just doesn't work on its own, it doesn't matter what the rest of the world uses.

If the original idea of the poster is to barter cows for bread then it doesn't make sense since that's too burdensome and money is easier to handle.

Communism sucks ass. Socialism sucks ass if the government implementing it doesn't have the right resources. For a good example of the latter, see the Philippines government.

it is too comlex to just trade goods, hence a universal medium, money. It has nothing to do with Capitalism or Communism they both used money.

Communism was a nice theory but contrary to human nature. Capitalism unregulated is abusive at best but complies with human nature.

Even in communist USSR there was a monetary system.

People were paid wages for the work they did. Those that had jobs that required more education got paid more than those that didnt.
