back in 96 when i was working in the middle east, I was in praga for a vacation, I nearly bought an apartment just off the old town square, it was like 600 sq feet, for 16k usd.. i decided against it as i wasn't sure if could find work there as an expat. Since then ... i beat myself every day.. all day.
