http://bjj.org/a/ranks.html I took almsot a year of jujitsu before I got a hernia. Its been about 9 months since my surgery, time to go back soon. I honestly enjoy kickboxing more but the skills of jujitsu are essential to supreme confidence in a ground fight. Good luck. see ya in Vegas! |
