Well, do you see how good these people speak english? I mean their main problem is to understand what the client wants from them. And that constant retarded argument on this forum tells me only one thing: they are unprofessional (sometimes shit like this happens even to the most serious businessman when he gets pissed off).

On the other hand, to think that the only guys that can do your work are the ones locally seems a little childish to me, and racist. You want to say that the Asians are not smart enough to do your work? I have a feeling that the problem is on your side, meaning that you can not express clearly what you want. From my past experience this is the cause of failure for like 50% of the projects.

And last I am not searching for work because I am booked for the entire month of Jan with work.

proadultoutsoursux.com can't treat their workers well. So what do you expect from this big time bullshit? Employees are leaving this company because they can't satisfy the needs of their workers. Yah, it's an outsourcing company but the policies...MAN! it's like workin on a factory run by autistic children.

Whether it brings the dispute between ProAOS and Tenderobject to rest or not, I'd like to simply set the records straight in terms of H2oh Media's dealings with both parties. We used ProAOS for the first two quarters of 2004. They provided several developers to us including the now infamous TenderObject. After several months of working with ProAOS, we opted to work with another firm for staffing. That's it.

Our relationship with Tenderobject continued after this, however it was in a different vain. He became a hosting client of ours. We weren't paying him money; in fact, we were providing a service to him and he was paying us money. As to what work Tenderobject did in the weeks and months following the termination of our relationship with ProAOS, I am unfamiliar with his work and frankly, it's none of my business.

As to why we chose to terminate our relationship with ProAOS and use another firm; we simply didn't feel that the quality was up to H2oh Media standards and sought a more appropriate partner.
