Just reading this thread only reinforces the reason why I don't and never will use any outsorcing company. No other way to say it but the majority are ALL shit in my books. Just look how these guys conduct themselves and they want us to consider investing dollars and trust into them. I think not.

The best outsourcing to me is going to the local community college and post an ad.

I like them for the following reasons:

1) They bust their ass because they want to prove themselves and more importantly they enjoy what they do.

2) They speak english and have above average communicatin skills.

3) You can get them for a fraction of the cost because they are part time and understand they are getting a foot in the door.

The rest of the world will pass you by, using cheap labor to take a competitive advantage to delivery to your clients... service is what business is about and rather than training and investing you local people "Americans" to use outsourcing and develop skills to do that and progress you are keeping them at the same level, which means job losses that are inevitable just because you want to stay where you are right now is a bad long term solution.

Use outsourcing for what it is good for and invest in your locals to use outsourcing without losing jobs locally, that means you can delivery more products or services and I'm sure you would buy a faster printer, scanner or PC to make your business more efficient and even if those products are not maid in the USA, but adding staffing from another country you are against?

OUTSOURCING is here to stay, like it or not, go with the flow.
I wonder how many products Like NIKE people buy and only want AMERICAN...

What about the town they china they called USA, just so they could say it was made in America.
