Can someone explain me the difference between these two queries on Google?
link:www.sweetlatin.com link: www.sweetlatin.com (notice the space between "link:" and url!) I've got only 7 links listed for the first query and 225 for the second one. What is the difference? I've seen one similar thread started by beta-tester a while ago, but I haven't seen the answer... Please help!

You are basically... well, see for yourself:
example When you do link:www.link.com you are basically clicking on the: Find web pages that link to www.rhinosgirls.com When you do link: www.link.com you are doing: Find web pages that contain the term "www.rhinosgirls.com" This site is like 5 or 6 days old so it isn't the best example but I think it illustrates my point well enough. |

yep, I'd agree with V_Rocks.... space between link: and actual link, tells google to search for text given as link....but link:link w/o space, tells it to use its special linking back feature, and displays you an information about your inbound links which are already indexed in google's database.
