see a web development firm, i would imagin you need servers that will stream your cams 24/7 with minimal lag, also if you want it to be success ful you will need to create an affiliate system.. post a pic of your gf, someone may just sign her. may be easy to not reinvent the wheel

despite what people might tell you girls wil have to work multiple sites at the same time in order to make a lot of money .. expect $15/hour per site for good sites, if she is super hot and sticks with it for 6 months that could double from regulars
