Does your sleep schedule get weird working on web projects?

The internet is a lot like Vegas. I'm really going to sleep now.

I used to let it get all out of whack. My health went downhill, both mental and physical. I finally had to put myself on a schedule. I still allow myself a good 10-12 hours a day on this box but, I get to sleep at a set time and up at a set time. I feel sooo much better these days.

In a word: YES!

I try to get off this thing at a "decent hour" (10pm, 11pm) for a good nights sleep, but it's not as easy as it might seem sometimes.
So instead, I wake with an alarm clock, nap after 5pm, and usually awake til 2 or 3..

for sure. esp when you really get into something and you can't fall asleep. even when you try to sleep, you lie in bed and think about it. it's really a bitch sometimes. lol

i get insomnia really easily so i make myself go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 8am (no matter what).

What is this strange "sleep schedule" thing you speak of? You mean some people actually do the "sleep" thing at regular times instead of passing out from exhaustion every 30-40 hours or so?
