That ending was a surprise. Everyone made Randall out to be such a nice guy with a heart of gold and when he could have encouraged Trump to also hire Rebecca, he turned totally ruthless and stuck it to her.
That Alla was a fucking rude bitch too, the way she put down Rebecca so harshly.

he should of hired both. the whole season was leading up to it. I'm assuming that was his plan but he made the mistake of thinking Randall would say yes to his question.
The reason I believe Trump asked Randall was so that no one could say "Trump wouldn't let a black man win, he had to hire the white woman too".
I also think that is the main reason Randall said no. He is the first black person to win the Apprentice. That is what he and this season will be mostly known for. If Rebecca would of also been hired, his "achievement" would of been overshadowed. Instead of "First African-American Apprentice" we'd be hearing about "Dual Apprentice Winners"Comment

I really liked Randall up till the end. If he was as gracious and kind hearted as they said he could have said that Rebecca should be hired as HIS APPRENTICE or said that Trump should hire her as an assitant to help him with that project. This way she would be working under him and he could still be the "apprentice" and would have helped Trump Save face.
Trump was like "OH SHIT! WTF now?" LOL

Rebecca seemed like she was putting on a performance. She was all talk and really flew under the radar besides the incident with Toral. That's the only reason she made it to the final two.
Randal didn't seem great either, but it's all politics. I knew he was going to win after the very first show. They needed to hire a black man.Comment
