i find it amusing over the years how my "dream-house" has continued to "downsize" especially when i put myself into the perspective of having to clean it myself , and i can already tell you the ceiling above the pool is going to be a bitch to clean!

Hey andre, did you see the house ? it looks like crap from the outside, been there this morning... tomorrow I have an oppointment with the realestate agent... but my guess is that the pictures are a bit misleading

I think this house is going to be for sale forever......

and by the way, the tax ("overdrachtsbelasting") is 6% and its only half a percent for the paperwork.
