Hey fucker... in August I was about 350lbs.. I am now 268 and still dropping. I was about 45% bodyfat, I am now 28% bodyfat. If you are fat and want to lose weight, search for weight loss posts from WTS_Ben. This guy knows his shit and is one of the people who got me to start. He inspired me and I followed his plan pretty much to a T. At this rate, I will be my goal weight of 225lbs by Spring break... I hope to be 10-12% bodyfat by then. I lift 4-5 days a week and do cardio 7 days a week. I eat healthy, small meals about 4-6 times a day. I have a cheat meal maybe once a month and even then it's Healthy, but not on my "plan". You have to make a life change, I did and it works. My wife joined me in my quest and went from post-baby weight of 210lbs and size 16+ to 150lbs and a size 2 (she is 5' 10"). Not bad. Helps in the motivation though. :-) |

jogging is OK if you are very young.
but once over about age 20 it is more problematic due to shock stress on joints will usually will cause problems later in life. swimming or bicycling is better IMO. |
