actually its only part of it. the full thing is 3.2 gigs

UltraEdit, or Programmer's File Editor (FREE!)

Oh, another good thing about Programmer's File Editor is that it's a Windows application, but does NOT have to go through an installation. Just download and uncompress to a folder and run the *.exe. Small enough to fit on a single 3.5-inch floppy, comes in VERY handy when working in server rooms.
