when looking for local employee's
I am looking for local designers as we have a college here that has a pretty good design class
anyways do i approach em and ask for port's and THEN tell em it would be adult related or what? what have you found to work best?

I'd do interviews in 2 rounds, round 1 get the ports and anyone you call back for round 2 have them sign a non disclosure before you tell them it's adult.
