How important is the domain name when trying to optimize for certain key words. Does it help if the key words are in the domain name?

Does it help to have a "-" to seperate the words in the domain name?

ex: anal-movies.com

Not so good anymore. These days anything you do which is obviously 'for the search engines' will have some sort of penalty attached to it.

It is useful less competion keywords.i got 3rd place in google for one term within 20 days i did not do any seo for my site.For high compettion words proper seo wins.
