For those of you that don't know, this is an easy way to redirect your Chinese visitors, unless for some reason they've changed their browser/os language to something other then Chinese.

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Accept-Language} (zh) [NC]
RewriteRule .* http://whatever-site-you-want.com [R,L]
