Proof that Red Bull is Addicting?!?

So I generally drink about 3 or 4 Redbulls a day, but today I was out. I hadn't been feeling well for most of the day, I had a headache, my stomach was upsett...just generally shitty feeling. I had some coffee and sodas throughout the day, tried to eat a little food, took some Ibuprofen and even had a friend give me a little head...massage that is...head massage. All to No avail. So I get up and go downstairs to have another smoke, search the downstairs fridge for a drink and low and behold I find a sneaky little can, hiding way in the back! So I grab my new best friend out of the fridge, walk outside, crack the lid and spark a smoke. Whithin 10 minutes of finishing the can....My Headache is GONE!! No more crappy attitude...and I feel much much better! So I ask you to judge, do you think Red bull is addicting?

Well since caffeine is addictive I would say so yeah. I dunno if it's good for your system to drink that much on a daily basis though.

caffeine withdrawal causes headache and dry mouth and general unease, even after just one day. Especially if you're used to huge amounts.

What are the symptoms of caffeine withdrawal?

Regular caffeine consumption reduces sensitivity to caffeine. When
caffeine intake is reduced, the body becomes oversensitive to
adenosine. In response to this oversensitiveness, blood pressure drops
dramatically, causing an excess of blood in the head (though not
necessarily on the brain), leading to a headache.

This headache, well known among coffee drinkers, usually lasts from
one to five days, and can be alleviated with analgesics such as
aspirin. It is also alleviated with caffeine intake (in fact several
analgesics contain caffeine dosages).

Often, people who are reducing caffeine intake report being irritable,
unable to work, nervous, restless, and feeling sleepy, as well as
having a headache. In extreme cases, nausea and vomiting has also been
reported.

Yeah, I totally get that caffeine can cause the headache and stuff, but figured that the coffee's and soda's would have sufficed for my caffeine addiction?

its the taurine in the redbull that gave you your headache, well i should say the lack of the taurine. once you get used to it and then stop, your body still wants it. its like crack that shit is.

yeah its very addicting.

and its NOT the caffeine, its the taurine. Drink coffee and it won't replace the addiction. In fact, coffee has way more caffeine than redbull you can look it up.

only more redbull will work.

Red Bull and similiar drinks also have glucuronolactone which is a Vietnam War era stimulant; I'm sure it's responsible for some of those heinous effects

Stop with the Red Bull. Drink Monsters. Twice the drink same price! Personally I'm addicted to sparks.. energy malt beverage. No need to mix in the alcohol with your energy drink!

Dude, i'm with you on that. 2-4 cans a day for me, if i skip a day i feel like killing someone. It's a serious problem but one that i don't mind living with.

Best thing is in the morning? Burning a cigarette while drinking a Red Bull. mmmmm that gets me up in the morning.

No shit sherlock ? Anything that's un natural is addicting to a certain point ... even sugar. And redbull is REALLY unnatural so it GOTTA be fucking addicting.
