LOCATE file not viewable with DIR [pls help] - GoFuckYourself.com

weird : Im locating a log file its there and when I go to the dir and type

dir -ls

its not there... any 2 cents? I need to see how big this .log file is...

check the error log...might find something useful

updatedb
-- to refresh the locate database and try it again - the file should be visible if it exists

gone in LOCATE now too

so it was in the old dB.... thanks
