Cancelling Napster or AOL accounts
Do they purposely make you wait on hold for about 45 minutes until letting you speak with a rep.
Conveniently you can't cancel this shit online. I swear I remember AOL having you call to cancel for years and pull this shit off I guess hoping people will just hang up and try to remember to do it later.
