It only took them ~3 months to get GD installed on my dedicated box. I switched before launch. No calls back from support tickets opened via phone. Little to NO support from IM software. Hell -- I had to contact Mike before anything was even considered.

I realize somoe people swear by them and have gotten great service and support. That was NOT my experience.

It's been a rough month for a lot of hosts in the business, I'm not quite sure why it is, but it has. Good for our business though ;)

These are the types of comments I have been hearing more and more lately, basically people are saying webair support sucks, (well not the ass kissers though).
