I deal with it by yelling at people and breaking things.

On a serious note...
You have to know how you best deal with anger. Personally, I walk away (literally) from the situation to gather my thoughts and calm down. I know some people that have tried to do that and can't think about anything other than what's pissing them off so walking away ends up making them more angry. I don't think there's a one size fits all approach.

Anger management is not what you suffer from, its the treatment you receive. I would def. say I am explosive when all else fails, but I have grew to have a good attitude about it. I can bash your forehead onto the pavement with a gigantic million-dollar smile.
