I don't suffer from 'anger management'... I suffer from uncontrollable rage.

I deal with it by yelling at people and breaking things.

edit, I did not admit to anything

:1orglaugh :1orglaugh sounds familiar

On a serious note...

You have to know how you best deal with anger.

Personally, I walk away (literally) from the situation to gather my thoughts and calm down. I know some people that have tried to do that and can't think about anything other than what's pissing them off so walking away ends up making them more angry.

I don't think there's a one size fits all approach.

I embrace my rage. If you want a release tell whoever is pissing you off exactly what you think about them. Honesty is the best policy or something. :upsidedow

that doesn't go well with real life either :(

I have a very bad temper but I don't think I need anger management. I bitch about things and get very irritable but I don't hurt people around me.

Spunky 12-04-2005 08:13 PM

I try to step back of the situation and breath deeply while counting down from 50..it helps me

Anger management is not what you suffer from, its the treatment you receive. I would def. say I am explosive when all else fails, but I have grew to have a good attitude about it. I can bash your forehead onto the pavement with a gigantic million-dollar smile.

I was about to post that. Good thing I read the entire thread before posting.

I don't suffer from Anger problems, I'm easy like Sunday morning. So laid back you'd think I was sleeping.
