"account verification is usually quick and on top of these things" thats when i sent in the documents asking how long it will take

i didnt notice that the whole department take their lunchbreak together

ok so i call back about 5 mins ago (the time they told me to call back cause thats when they return from lunch) and now i get "try back in 20 minutes cause we can't even pull up your account info cause we are upgrading"

Epassporte i'm fed up with this shit.. i just want to withdraw all my money out and be done with you guys.

all they told me was to take pics of the LOAD card, not their visa card... did they require you to do that also?? id like to do this on my own instead of getting a reply "we need pics of your epassporte visa card" and then take 2 more weeks from there

Yeah, I have been trying for 2 days now to get my banking information changed with them since they have it incorrectly.....

Each time I call or email I get the runaround from reps....

Why whoever runs this cant just get their shit together and make it smoother I'll never understand.

Any real banking institution has customer service reps 24/7. Epassporte is just a bunch of retarded monkeys that saw the opportunity to cash in on the adult industry and jumped all over it. They are by no means a respected, valid financial institution by any means, and IMHO their days are numbered.
