Solar Fields - "Blue Moon Station" (2003). Solar fields have newer album but i haven't checked that out yet. Blue moon station is excellent work imo.

Shponge - "Tales of the Inexpressible", " Are you Shpongled" and their last CD "Nothing Lasts"

less trancy but still as good:

anything by Banco de Gaia, my favorites "Igizeh", "Freeform Flutes & Fading Tibetans" and "Big Men Cry" heh
