The people that deserve to be thanked will be and/or have been. I have a complete list of all donations. Why should I thank the board in general especially after all the haters posted. Why would I waste me time? She and I appreacite everything .... I have said this before. Even the simple cards that came in the mail. Those happy cards at least put a smile on her face. If she read all these posts from the haters, it would break her heart.

And as for your 90% theroy ... you are way off. I might want to recalculate your numbers. If that was the case, I would have had people on those other boards bash me ... and guess what ... they didn't.

And I have been know to suck ass sometimes. Most girls tell me I'm pretty good at it.

Understood. All my point is that out of all the places I posted info, Nikki got more postive support everywhere else. GFY was on the bottom. It sucks for all the cool peeps that are still here and sent good wishes and/or donations.

After reading all this, it would have been nice to read a thank you to those who donated as opposed to stating that you ONLY received $2500 and it wasn't worth the hassle. A charity or fundraiser should be grateful for whatever its able to receive and the reason GFY users probably didn't give that much was probably based on your condescending attitude towards its users.

I hope Nikki feels better and comes out of this alright. The fact that anybody here donated should be something you are thankful for... I understand your point. I admit I may have not stated everything the right way .. I'm not a PR guy. I don know that around $1500 or so came directly from the various chat boards ... so thanks to all the boards .. not just GFY or another one, but thanks to them all.

The only reason I started getting defensive is because of all the hate her. Its not that GFY is uncharitable, its that there just are a bunch of GFY posters that are inconsiderate.

Here's the deal. I am very sorry for the mistakes in the way I handled GFY. I'm sorry for coming across like someone that doesn't appreciate the little things. All I tried to do is help someone that needed it. That doesn't make me so bad. I may have handled certain parts of it wrong but I'm not a pro and PR nor do I want to be. Even the best PR people get hammered. So thank you to GFY for helping us reach so many people. Thank you to the people that posted postive remarks and also thank you to the people that tried to point out what I was doing wrong, in a nice way, so that I can understand better what I did wrong.

Ok .. you're right. I shouldn't generalize people. There are still a lot of good people here. I guess I don't understand why it matters so much on what board sent what. The people that sent money from GFY know who they are and did it cause they wanted to. And those people will get an email if they haven't already saying thanks. Fair enough. Not everyone is perfect. At least Adam is apologizing for his bad PR statements. Let this drama die. It's not like he pulled an IBill on everyone, it's a charitable effort he made with a few fucked up statements that is being over blown. I agree with you 100%. I didn't look at it the way others would. I shouldn't have said what I said how I said it. As much as I'm unhappy with certain people here, GFY did help ... .whether it was a lot or a little ... it was still help.

You are an idiot. Please refund my donation that was not much I believe 25.00 and never mentioned an adult site in the comments. At least a thank would do.

I don know that around $1500 or so came directly from the various chat boards ... so thanks to all the boards .. not just GFY or another one, but thanks to them all. The only reason I started getting defensive is because of all the hate her. Its not that GFY is uncharitable, its that there just are a bunch of GFY posters that are inconsiderate. Here's the deal. I am very sorry for the mistakes in the way I handled GFY. I'm sorry for coming across like someone that doesn't appreciate the little things. All I tried to do is help someone that needed it. That doesn't make me so bad. I may have handled certain parts of it wrong but I'm not a pro and PR nor do I want to be. Even the best PR people get hammered. So thank you to GFY for helping us reach so many people. As a word of friendly advice...just say thank you and when Nikki is better and in good health arrange her to post a thank you. With each response you seemed to get furtherinto a corner.
