				Legal Issue with DomainsByProxy

Kind of odd but today I received two e-mails and a phone call from DomainsByProxy about my whois information. The letter read something along the lines of "We have received notification from ICANN that your first and last name field is blank under the title of Registrant.". Simple enough I guess and I went in and changed that information.

The domain isn't anything special and in fact I forgot I even owned it (think it auto-renewed on me). It may be perceived as using a company name in it, although that was never the intent. I'm wondering if this is a sign that some lawyer is trying to get my information. I don't really care, but it was an awfully odd e-mail I received. Has anyone experienced this? |
