Hmmmm.. This is fucked up..

My cable connection is 5mbps which is just fine. Up till 2 days ago I would download files anywhere from 150KB/sec to 500KB/sec. BUT, now I'm lucky if I get even 30KB/sec. I called the cable company and there is no problem at their end and I did everything to try to figure out with my connection took a shit like that. I have no spyware or viruses so I know this is not the problem. Now I have no idea what could be causing that. Needless to say, this speed sucks shit.

hmmm, wonder if the modem is crapping out on ya. Check that with the cable company. If no virus or spyware and the cable company is doing fine, might be tech side on the modem

Probably the cable provider. They don't like to admit they have too many people on your line.Once they all start logging in it bogs it down

That I wouldn't doubt.. Possibly to many connections on one node and it's slowing shit down.

Check your cables. I had a similar problem and it ended up being a fucked up cable.
