If you really need it right now and can not wait to get a script. Just visit your local farm supply or vetinary style store. Farm stores are much better. They have it available over the counter. Just does not come with the whole FDA shit. Though it is the same shit. Sort of like buying Canadian drugs.

I still would not skip out on the doctor portion though never less. You do need the proper work ups done to know what type of meds you need and if they will work on that given strain. My point was on these common antibiotics they are identical except for the packaging, pricing, and the milligrams per pill. They are never expired and they are what they claim they are. Unlike some online purchases of meds.
