Sleep is great... but the older I get the HARDER it is for me to sleep in. I can't even take a nap in the middle of the day. I used to be able to sleep at least 12 hours a day.

I agree totally with you, sleep rules. I have stopped listening to people claiming i may lose my life. To them i say "well keep sleeping you're 3 hours a night and become an official vegetable of the year !! zucchini anyone ?"
