yeah thats all well and good but you realize in part the reason why you got one is because they are putting more galleries than ever up, resulting in less traffic to everyone. everyone down the line makes guarenteed money except the gallery submitter. the tgp owner is sure to get his cut of the passes as well as whatever he makes off his main page + sub pages (which should be pretty sweet on its own) the submitpass people get their cut of course. its the webmaster who has to risk everything. no promise of sales, listings or anything other than a bill on your credit card.

all in all the reason stuff like this pisses me off is because year after year we have to put in more work and invest more money for less profit.

I get your point about the risk being moved down to us. Its all a marketquestion though. If the passes are not worth the money people will simply stop buying/renewing them. As a result prices will go down. I am not buying all passes. Some I know on forehand that will not be profitable for me and some I buy, test and see they are not profitable. When it balances down I get more traffic then I used to and the extra sales greatly cover the expenses of the submitpasses I have. We take the risk and pay extra. We also get the extra profit though if we make the right decisions.

yeah, i guess we'll see what will happen with all of this a year or 2 down the road. tho you also have to take into consideration the high turnover in this industry. there will always be lots of noobs willing to spend money to get some traffic.

so 2000 / 25 sites... so you sold 80 submit passes to each site today?

I suppose if you were going to sit down and submit 30 - 60 galleries a month then you should be able to turn a profit.

That would be damn near 2 million dollars a year.

No lol. I was talking total, not In one day. Please dont not say we over sell spasses. Take a look at our site, you will see the bigger ones are sold out and all the other sites have caps that we have yet to reach.

People are complaining about not getting listed? 4 or 5 GFYers bitching means people are not getting listed? Comom LOL

Like a said, we have over 2000 passes (total) sold and every renewal date 90% of those renew. If all I have to worry about is 4 or 5 childern here, im must be doing something right, LOL.

We have a great service that is here to stay and its getting bigger by the day. What do you think it is that is making us grow this fast? We give clients what they want and they keep coming back for more. We love our clients and treat them right.

I posted this in another thread that didn't get a reply, could someone from submitpasses please post the actual stats for each category on that site?

You said it is a 350k tgp, however it is a multi category tgp so any page that galleries appear on it will get no where close to that amount of traffic. I'm guessing 10-20% of that for the major categories?

$60/month is alot to pay for exposure on what amounts to a page getting 35-70k if so.

People making niche galleries should get far less than that even.

I may be interested in this if I can get real stats for the category pages and they prove the above to be incorrect. What are they?

I want to know what kind of traffic the page I would be listed on gets before I hand over money for it. And obviously the only page on that site that gets 350k is a page with no submitted galleries on it.

One thing about these submit passes is that webmasters who only have time to build 10-15 galleries a month loss out.

I would consider buying some but I to many other types of sites and pages to worry about - I can't make galleries every single day

god is there alot of whining in this thread if you think submit accounts are overpriced dont buy them, if your pissed because a site that used to let you submit for free charges now pay or go find some other traffic.

Start your own damm tgp and list your own gals whatever makes you happy.

And last thing if you think the big tgp owners care about your bitching your wrong if accounts are overpriced then they will be discounted thats about it.

Wait one month and then ask 5 professionnal submiters who post at least 2 galleries per day on my tgp if it's worth it. I do not sell traffic, want to keep my hands free.

Why not just post your page stats here?

It should be simple enough to look this up in your stats. That 350k figure means nothing to anyone but you since no one else's ads appear on that page.

If its anything similar to what he sends out to my galleries then its a very nice amount of traffic.

Well it would be nice to have some type of meaningful stats posted.

Handing over money without having any idea of how many hits the page your links appear on is getting is just ludicrous.

I know bacck in the day when i had multicat sites i had no counters to see which pages got hit the most.

that should still show up in the server stats even without a counter on the page

not to be an ass but i have had and have many servers with no stats enables anywhere just because you have webanilizer or whatever installed does not mean everybody else does.

Same here but I'm not trying to sell links on them lol. It's not hard or expensive to have stats set up.

He should have some clue what he's selling and so far he's not telling - either because he doesn't know or doesn't want to say. Either way it's bad for customers.

stats programs slow down servers to set it up on a high traffic server does require some work i do agree some people would like to see those stats does not mean it will happen tho :)

...And yes you are right and I'm sorry about that : I can't provide and won't provide accurate stats about category traffic, number of clicks per gallery, number of japanese guys that click through my fetish category between 2 and 3am or anything else... I want my partners as judges, I got enough server issues counting clicks to trades :)

You have just found a way to make probably another $6,000-$12,000 per month selling passes and you're trying to claim that you don't have the means to track page statistics? :1orglaugh

You're trying to sell something to people and you have absolutely no idea whatsoever how much traffic is on your own pages. And you say you won't try to find out.
