I'm looking to raise money for tuition and thought this would be a different and fun way to do it. I bought an insurance policy and a load of scratch cards. Each and every scratch card has a shot at $100,000.00 CDN. I'll be selling envelopes, each envelope will contain 50 free scratch cards. There are 195 envelopes available. Not meaning to sound like a dink, but this doesn't exactly sound legal.
This sounds like just anyone could run their own scratch and win lotteries. I know in Manitoba that's not the case. Not sure about Nova Scotia. Do you have a lottery number? Do they even issue them in Nova Scotia? Seriously just asking. |
