Not meaning to sound like a dink, but this doesn't exactly sound legal.
This sounds like just anyone could run their own scratch and win lotteries. I know in Manitoba that's not the case. Not sure about Nova Scotia.
Do you have a lottery number? Do they even issue them in Nova Scotia?
