If I am not mistaken, Visa rules regs vary country to country. So, you got a merchant account and a Dutch BV, I have been told you can still process.

There is too much money in beast, there will be work arounds.

All i asked is when the rule is in effect, which means these sites will be no longer an issue..

i get spam for ccbill sites daily, ccbill abuse dept does not do a thing about complaints.. this is my point..

The wider issue here is censorship. Most people here understand that, but some don't. I personally don't care for gay sites, but I'm not about to switch to another processor because CCBill processes for some. Let's wait and see how this all develops.
