I never claimed that this is new, nor a breack through. It's just a software tool that works fine, and can get a lot of sales if presented on an adult site.

You guys don't believe that people don't know visiting websites leave traces? They can easily start typing something in the Address Bar and the browser will present a drop down menu with latest visited addresses.

You also don't think that by putting a small text like "Clean your Internet History, cookies, chat logs and other traces" will make visitors think, "oh, I never knew these traces remain on my computer, well, I'll better stop visiting porn sites and go buying paper magazines instead!".

They will simply learn that deleting cookies via browser menu is not enought, and buy the product, making money for you and me.

A couple of hundred new sales per month will generate a nice extra sales for you and me. Correct me if I am wrong!

You got it wrong, I was asking if webmasters think it would be a good ideea to present it on their adult oriented websites, read my post again.

Regarding cookies, that's not a reliable way to trace affiliates; a cookie based system is unreliable and easy to abuse by malicious websites, is not my fault 90% of the affiliate tracking systems that you are using have such a primitive system.

Your IE is tottaly outdated now, no big deal if you put it up.

I know there are many free good similar tools out there, plus a lot of comercial competition, but that's nothing compared with the porn industry for example!

The second game was JigSaw 4000 ( on the same website ). Then I moved to software tools..

Making fun of things is easy, they say ignorance is bless!

The buy link contains the affiliate id embedded in it, so that the payment page automatically recognize it.

The demo download link contains the affiliate id too, and the file server automatically insert it into the downloadable file as it fetch it to the user, on the fly. When installed, the setup will check for affiliate id inside and store it into windows registry, with other program settings, and when ordering, the affiliate id will be pushed into the order url, for server recognition. A decent affiliate system to make sure affiliate work is repaid.

Success is 99.99% marketing and 0.01% products. Competition can be rought, as in adult and hosting industry, but the market is huge and the ones that get more exposure will be most successful.

That's why I thought it might be good to ask you guys about linking to a history cleaning tool. Now that I got your opinions ( negative or otherwise ), is clear for me.

That is patent pending in my country ( Romania ) and I've made it public on the net. Something that have been made public can't be patented any longer ( if noone else came with the ideea by the time when I made it public - about one month ago ), except by the individual or business that already holds a patent on it before it was made public.

Also, it takes a lot of time and research to do the practical prototype.
