Real estate morons suck.
Yes they do... I had this one chick lie to me like 5 times today... First she had to "reschedule" to late afternoon, then she shows up 30 minutes late, then she has someone waiting in the car...

my wife and I were just looking at a new 3700 sft home, fuking 14.5 k in taxes per year

Real Estate agents are just pawns in one of the biggest scams out there. The MLS. Rarely does an agent sell shit. Much like cars, they sell themselves.
I worked with an agent for months. He showed me homes that were below what I wanted or way over what I wanted. He showed me homes that were under contract. It was frustrating. I took it upon myself, and found exactly what i was looking for for tens of thousands less than anything that he showed me. The first home that I bought the situation was similar. We looked and looked and looked. The day that I went out on my own, I found what I was looking for on my own. |

I'm selling an investment property and my real estate agent has fallen off the face of the earth. The closing is over a week late and I need the cash from this house to buy an apartment building. Tomorrow I'm gonna call the title company and the buyers agent to schedule everything and my agent can go fuck himself.

Guys, don't blame the agent, blame yourself for hiring a fucking idiot. I'm a real estate agent here in Los Angeles. Let me answer your questions:
1. He shows you homes that are already under contract. - Any good agent will call the listing agent or seller first before showing property. 2. He shows me stuff I don't want. - Where you very clear when you told the agent what you wanted? In this business we consider buyers as lyers. 3. I'm selling my house myself. - Are you fucking stupid? No agents going to show your house so you lost 99% of the buyers. Second, if you live in Los Angeles, why don't you take a look at how many attorney in the phone book. 4. Noobie agents. - No shit. Hire someone with experience and who has achieved designation. 5. Real estate agent dissapears. - Call the office manager. The deal is not the agents but the brokers. No help? Call the local Realtor board. 6. I got raped in fees. - Did you really get raped in fees? Its amazing how many people think agents are doing nothing and making millions.
