Real Estate agents are just pawns in one of the biggest scams out there. The MLS. Rarely does an agent sell shit. Much like cars, they sell themselves.

I worked with an agent for months. He showed me homes that were below what I wanted or way over what I wanted. He showed me homes that were under contract. It was frustrating. I took it upon myself, and found exactly what i was looking for for tens of thousands less than anything that he showed me.

The first home that I bought the situation was similar. We looked and looked and looked. The day that I went out on my own, I found what I was looking for on my own.
