The problem with coffee is that it keeps me awake, which adds to the problem of not being able to fall asleep without drinking - which I don't do anymore.

Over the past few years, I've started to drink more and more, and just recently I realized I hadn't spent three days without drinking in the past year or so. It got to the point where I drank at least a sixpack or a bottle of wine daily (at least double that, most often), and it started to affect most areas of my life.

Mine lasted for almost a week. It's quite hard; the headaches are always there, but I know you'll get through with that.
