It looks good for an automated blog. Very nice.

Nothing beats original manually created blogs though.

that's very true, i have .. i think.. 153 manually created blogs.. but the content on those is only about 10% exclusive, most of it is freely distributed articles, but with my linkback structure it works nice

How did I break their rules? Using RSS isnt stolen content..
http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/a...ss-atom-feeds/

RSS is commonly defined as really simple syndication.

So, this means that any material contained in a feed is available for syndication, right? Well no, not exactly.

It means that the content contained in an RSS feed is in a format that is syndication friendly, if the copyright holder allows for syndication.
http://www.masternewmedia.org/RSS_is...n_20050817.htm

But of course we all know you did the right think and ask these sites to allow you to use their content on your blog ;)

I think people confuse your own automated blogging for profit to blogblasting.

When you run your own set of blogs, posting off of sydicated RSS feeds are not illegal.
you can create as many blogs as you want and automate posts off of RSS feeds.

What bloggers hate or frown up on is when you post ads , or trolls on their blogs ( comments ) , using blog blasting tools. that is spamming and you will get shit for it.

I personally own 23 blogs, different topics, all use RSS feeds and everything is automated. I use adsense and other adspace and they do well. No complains by anyone so far. Google pays on time every month. never bitched about anything.

You only get penalized if you artificially generate clicks or ect. other wise you run a clean site and no issues

What I don't get is why people are paying for something that is free and all over the Internet in the form of plugins. I think a lot of people use Wordpress. So here you go bois and gurls. The plugins most all of them I'm posting where all installed on a blog in less then an hour(but then again I'm a geek). P.S. these are all FREE and many plugin writers have written the same plugins over and over again. You got to love google.

is there anything out there that will filter things coming from the rss feeds? I only want to include some posts and articles. something as simple as "ignore this post if it doesn't contain keyword XYZ?"

Filtering plugins
http://azureus.sourceforge.net/plugi...plugin=rssfeed

http://projects.radgeek.com/feedwordpress/
filtering from working. In FeedWordPress, you can (1) apply certain categories to all syndicated posts, or all posts from a particular feed; and (2) filter out all posts that don?t match one of the categories that are already in the WordPress database

If you are trying to filter words out you could try http://wiki.wordpress.org/Plugin/API...from=PluginAPI

http://www.feedshake.com/

When in doubt check wordpress.org or http://wiki.wordpress.org/

Anything you can think of almost is already out there FREE. Also you can learn to write your own plugins by going here http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_a_Plugin

Well you sort of can do that now via xml-rpc. Which allow "syndication filters" to pick up the story if it matches some defined set of parameters. If that's what you mean.

I have mentioned a number of times that what we offer is a system, I've also mentioned there were a number of plugins that could do what autoblogger pro does available. The problem is a lot of these don't work together, they need to be heavily modified, which is how the Autoblogger Pro software started.

What people are buying when they purchase autoblogger, is a fully ready to go system that takes about 10 mins to setup, and has everything they need to get rolling.

No coding, no configuring a lot of little plugins, no tinkering.

For the price, the time saved is well worth it.

Many thanks. FeedWordPress looks promising. Provides filtering by author/category, but I'm wondering if there's anything out there that filters based on actual content? i.e. only include posts with the word "teen" in them. If not, I guess I'll have to sit down and hack out some plugins..

The file /usr/home/sites/omgsite.com/web/Relinker/relinker.inc.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_fre_4.4.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.

That's weird. If I had to guess I would say his host removed the loader for some reason. Maybe a server hog? It's been like that for at least nine days according to the Google cache. At least googlebot is still dropping by though.
