Authorities say she faces numerous theft-related charges, forgery, and possession of methamphetamine. Officials say the card belonged to her mother-in-law, who died more than a year ago.

Oregon Lottery officials are not discussing specifics of the case because an investigation is still underway.

The $1-million grand prize is paid out over 20-years. Goodenow arrived at the Oregon Lottery headquarters in Salem to accept an installment payment of $33,500.

Detectives tracked Goodenow to her home on Wednesday after learning that she had used the credit card to purchase a number of items, including the ticket.

In GA you have to pay cash only for the lottery.

I'd say the actual owner of the credit card paid for the ticket...he should get the money. And I've never heard of using a credit card for the lottery...
