Curious about something to those that also use the sponsor zip provided content for promotional reasons.
Do you ever use the thumbnails they provide in the zips or do you feel they are an unneccessary addition to the zips? Figure if your planing on making everything yourself that ussually means you also make your own thumbnails.
Also curious do you like it when they just put the images into a zip without any directory structure? Or are you ok when you unzip a set you get setname setname/images setname/thumbs.

I use zipped content from a lot of programs.

Half the time I don't use thumbnails at all, just link a reduced-size version of the pic right to the sponsor site. When I DO use thumbnails, I always make my own.

What I'd prefer is a text file with the model's name and other shoot info so I'm not too far off the mark when I make shit up.

I never use the thumbnails provided, just need the images and run it thru my image editor and out comes the thumbs to my specifications and gallery.
As for the directory structure just the set name is fine, I hate it when I download a set and its marked as "234.zip". If I don't use it the same day, I'll forget why it was downloaded and just delete.

I dont use the thumbs. I make my own, and the naming is sometimes an issue. Try to use lower case letters if you use them at all.

Try to keep the names in a set consecutive.

Rarely though do they make them either clean enough, with a thumb I would choose, or the size I desire to use.
