Since you dont respond to my emails or ICQ I guess this is the only way to get ahold of you.

The fact of the matter is I paid you back in August to do a design for me and you didn't deliver.

Ok, you can't do it fine, I can get over it, but dude what the fuck gives you the right to keep my deposit? (and no I dont want to take content I cant use in exchange!)

Your excuse is riddled with inconsistencies... Was it moved into Paypal already or not? If today is the second day then the correct thing to say is "I moved (x) percentage of what I owe you into paypal... if it takes 3 days and you don't have the full amount in there as of yesterday then it is going to be more than a day that he will still be waiting for pament.

Again, making excuses about other people needing to pay you just shows what a failure you are... thought you were such a mover and shaker too...

Why didn't you just overnight a check back to him when you failed to perform?

Alien just have PayPal take money out of your bank account or credit card. Making one person wait because you haven't been paid by others is no way to run a business, good God.

It really takes 3 days to transfer money to Paypal? I thought it was 3 days to transfer monies from Paypal to ones bank account. Who knows, just pay him with a credit card or visa debit card and takes seconds unless you don't have the funds.

Actually, you are right. I know from experience. I got hit with NSF fees once from my checking account because Pay Pal drew from there instead of my credit card, which I intended to happen. This all happened instantly, so I'm not sure why Alien is saying it takes 3 days to transfer money into his account.

If you do bank to paypal and wait for it to post yes it takes 3 days.
Though you can pay via credit card or hell even send a paypal echeck.

sorry, but this is bullshit. If I want to withdraw funds from Paypal to my bank it may take 3 days. Funding my Paypal from the bank is instant.

Yes you can, but I only use it to take money out to my regular accounts, YOU DO NOT LET MONEY SIT IN PAYPAL.
Anyway, He filed a complaint with PayPal which already bugs enough, generally I like to stick with American Clients for this very reason.

AVP is in South America somewhere, he does not have standard credit system or even a Bank that I can wire to. He been pretty patient can't say I blame em for making the thread, but its not a matter not paying em, its a matter of moving cash around to get him back his deposit.

BWT, with paypal I usually keep deposits in the account just incase, what is so wrong in doing this? I never had a client asking for a refund via paypal so why should I transfer the funds out of paypal until I delivered on an agreement? I just want to know if I am doing something wrong. Thanks

It's only 300 bucks, I know ya folks love drama and would love to see me fry in a cold hell. But really...

I do honest business always have always will.

This is not really a refund persay. He dropped a deposit for a design and as most of you know I am not doing design much these days but producing content. Which keeps me very busy in itself.

I thought I could pull his design off but didnt get the time to do it. AVP is a good guy, I reccomend doing biz with em I understand he been wanting his deposit back and it's on the way now. This shit is over a lousy 300.00 bucks in an odd shuffle. That might mean alot to some of you scrappers, and in some scenerio's some companies do not even get to paying for 30 days in the real world...

For example...
FarL is not going to get a big Payday like he keeps dreaming about

Anyways.

There is no smoke here nor fire, go about you're own business there is nothing more to see here.
