this is NOT a way to get a top ranking by any means, it's just a frame. the purpose is to keep track of your links-out better. I use a php redirect, ie: link to paysite.com.php.

also having a site in a frame might (i say might) have 2 2 5 7 implications, since your url is at the top, they could say you need the records for the content.

The question is not that xxxjay copied the method (this is old stuff and can you get banned by sponsors as it is against billing provider TOS), but he ripped the pages. This is no good business practice.
