I give him a 50/50 of completing or never hearing from him again. Holy shit I even gave exact instruction on how to do it and offered to have my lawyer draw up papers at my expense. What are do you think his chances are?

Did you walk him through any of it? A newbie needs to be taught by example. trust me.. after training our worker I have come to learn, eager as they may be, detailed isntructions are not going to cut it.
