I'm considering possibly changing my host. I've had some uptime issues lately and looking for more reliability. QOS is more important than prices, but obviously I want to save money if possible.

I need 1 managed server: like P4 3 GHz, 1-2 Gigs RAM, 600-700 gigs of bw, *nix, PHP 5, MySQL 4.1 etc.
