Hi,

How can I convert a mysql timestamp into a date:

for example: I have 20020308205258 in my date field
and want to convert that to 08-09-2002 ?

$date=ERegI_Replace("(^[0-9]{4})([0-9]{2})([0-9]{2})","\\3-\\2-\\1",$date);

would do the job, I didnt test it . It was just born in my drunk mind

$date=ERegI_Replace("(^[0-9]{4})([0-9]{2})([0-9]{2}).*$","\\3-\\2-\\1",$date);

It was just born in my drunk mind __________________ SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
