no-nude sites and 2257
I'm thinking of doing a smoking and a feet/toes fetish sites. I will be shooting the content myself, but I'm not sure as yet weather I'll be shooting adult material also. If it turns out to be no nudity, do I still have to run it as an adult site? do I need 2257?
There will be a member?s area. Can anyone advice on billing for a non-nude site? Thanks for your help. |

Yes, you still need 2257. Why wouldnt you get it anyway? Takes 10 seconds to take a pic and photocopy IDs.
