Thanks and Giving Promotion:

In many parts of the world a day is set side to give thanks. The dates and customs may vary from country to country but the desire to take time to reflect on what we have to be thankful for remains the same. In the United States, the holiday season is a time for family, food, and football!

Part 1 ? Family

As most of you know XclusiveCash has been one of the only true closed programs since its inception. This concept has allowed us to develop some close relationships with our affiliates and afforded us the luxury of being able to provide custom content shoots, galleries etc.

B. We sincerely appreciate all of our dedicated affiliates so in addition to our unique webmaster referral program where we increase your percentage, we will also be giving you $100 for the first 20 approved webmasters you refer.

Part 2 of the promotion is designed to help you kick off the holiday season ahead of the game for a change. From October 15, 2005 ? November 15, 2005 the affiliate who sends the most joins will claim a $2000 cash prize.

Part 3 ? Food and Football!

Enjoy the holiday football season with your $3,000 gift card to get that widescreen TV, sound system, new Xbox, Playstation or both!! You?ll have enough to impress and entertain your friends or family!! On top of that you?ll be able to buy all the pizza, wings and beer you can handle with an extra $1000.00 cash prize. That?s a total value of $4,000!

Rules for part 3 of this promo are very easy to follow:

1) For every join you send from October 15 ? December 15th, 2005 you will receive an entry into the random drawing on December 16th, 2005.

2) The winner must contact an XclusiveCash representative within 72 hours of winning. We will notify via email, ICQ and telephone if provided. If the prize is not claimed, we will draw again until somebody claims it!
