Is it possible to install a traffic trading script via ftp only? If so, which one or who would do it???

wsftp allows you to chmod via ftp. Dont know about any other ftp clients.
Is it possible? Yes. Is it a pain in the ass? Yes. |

just telnet in and type in chmod 777 *.*
