It's not like it's uncommon for the news media to grease the wheels a bit to get news tips and just because he also had porn on his site doesn't make it any less viable a medium for news coverage.

Now he is sitting in jail where if his business was say in Las Vegas he would be walking the streets. People have to grow up to the adult realities being right doesn't make you bullet proof and the its not fair defence doesn't work. In Polk county they go after this ,have you ever been to polk county I have . Disney owns that county, there are no porn mags anywhere to be bought. They went after a girl who had a very very vanilla site. Now it doesn't take a genius to say this isn't the best place to start my adult business especially since what is obscenity is very very vague and based on local community standards.Then to top if off to put a big fucking spot light on yourself. I just read somewhere else he can't come up with the 150 grand so he will have to sit in jail till its court time. So he is not a big fish to start, so to be mouthy and not have a ton of money to back it up not a good move.

Chris is GUILTY ... of lack of judgement.

What he did, posting dismembered dead people, is of extreme bad taste.
"Paying" the photos with access to porn is also distastefull and degrading to the deads and families ( yes, they also have families) of the deads.
Promoting his site as an " in " or " cool " thing shows again a lack of maturity or intelligence.
